兵を奮い立たせるの効果
「立て直し」を習得する。敗走する味方を立ち直らせ、周囲の味方全員の士気を「平静」まで引き上げる。使う者の決意が高いほど成功しやすい。
英語版の説明
Unlocks the 'Rally' skill which can rally fleeing allies, and raise morale of all nearby allies to a steady level. The higher the Resolve of the character using the skill, the higher the chance to succeed.
